A suspected ketamine lab in Essex has been raided by National Crime Agency investigators. Two men have been arrested. At a rented property in Barnston Way, Hutton, two people aged 44 and 73 were detained on suspicion of producing class B drugs. Lab equipment used for preparing drugs was discovered, along with 15 to 20 kilos of drugs.
A large quantity of ketamine may have been manufactured in the flat, police suspect. The equipment inside was dismantled and removed safely by officers. Public safety officials reassured the public that the police are conducting a thorough investigation.
